We're an entrepreneurial team with an established client base and significant opportunity ahead. We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who wants to recruit, build strong talent networks and have a meaningful role in shaping our recruiting function as Greenlight grows.

The Role

This is a hands-on agency recruiting role with significant ownership and autonomy.

You'll manage searches from intake through placement, partner closely with our Account Executives, build candidate pipelines and deliver qualified, interview-ready technology professionals to our clients.

We're looking for someone who understands that outstanding recruiting is more than searching LinkedIn and matching keywords. You know how to assess a requirement, prioritize your time, identify strong candidates, ask good questions and build relationships that extend beyond a single opportunity.

You'll have processes, technology and support, but we also want you to bring your own experience, judgment and recruiting instincts to the table.

What You'll Do

- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requirement intake through placement.
- Recruit contract technology professionals across Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Infrastructure, Applications and Transformation.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to understand the client, project, business need and what makes someone successful in the role.




- Source and qualify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, job boards, referrals, existing relationships and your own network.
- Build talent pipelines around recurring and emerging technology skill sets so every search doesn't start from zero.
- Develop long-term relationships with technology professionals across the Canadian market.
- Prioritize searches and recruiting activity based on urgency, market conditions and probability of success.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview, offer and placement process.
- Share market intelligence, hiring signals and potential opportunities uncovered through candidate conversations with our Account Executives.
- Contribute ideas that improve Greenlight's recruiting processes, standards and overall delivery function.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5+ years of agency recruiting experience, ideally within IT or technology staffing.
- Experience recruiting contract technology professionals in the Canadian market.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate qualification skills.
- A track record of filling complex or competitive technical roles.
- Strong relationship and network-building skills.
- Good judgment around where to spend your time and which searches to prioritize.
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding the projects, technologies and organizations behind the people you're recruiting.




- Comfortable partnering closely with Account Executives and sharing market intelligence that can help uncover future opportunities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and job boards.
- Adaptable, accountable and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve and people occasionally wear multiple hats.
