Your primary responsibility will be managing platforms such as Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center, while also overseeing SIP Trunking, voice recording systems, and emergency calling services. Daily collaboration with business units and stakeholders is key to ensuring platforms remain secure and effective. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center platforms
- Manage Voice Recording compliance and functionality




- Handle Trading Turret systems for trading communications
- Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers for connectivity
- Lead incident management for UC platform issues

Requirements:

- Over 10 years in Unified Communications roles
- Proficient in Cisco Webex Control Hub administration
- Expertise in Webex Calling and Contact Center architecture
- Experience with SIP Trunking and Telecom coordination
- Knowledge of CDR management and analysis
