Reporting to the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics, this role is crucial for managing the supply chain activities of Canada's next-gen training initiative for the Royal Canadian Air Force. You will engage in strategic procurement and build relationships that drive success throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee essential procurement scope for missionization and support
- Manage competitive bidding and negotiations on major contracts
- Ensure compliance with prime contract requirements
- Develop documentation and track program finances
- Coordinate closely with engineering and project managers Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of supply chain management experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Solid leadership and team development skills
