We’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A; to join our Finance team. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A.; You will be responsible for leading an FP&A; business partner relationship while driving strategic finance initiatives. This is a high-visibility seat inside a function that works directly with the CFO, ELT, and external advisors. This candidate will broaden established working relationships and methodologies with key stakeholders in both vertical and functional levels, executing on various planning cycles (Budget/Forecast/LRP), understanding and explaining revenue, headcount planning, cost of goods, operating expenses and compiling information into financial plans.
What you’ll be doing:
Own finance business partnership with VPs, and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans
Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite
Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision‑making across the organisation, providing guidance to business partners and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial plans
Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability
Manage the P&L; for the business by analysing the financial and operating results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimisation efforts
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to help drive more accurate forecasting and planning
Support other FP&A; leaders to develop long term strategies
Support and/or develop a network of other cross functional contacts within the business to anticipate and plan for changes to revenue generation strategies
What you need to bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce,
Accounting or Finance
7+ years in progressive financial analysis experience
Expert knowledge in Excel is a must
Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting results of a P&L;
Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership
Experience working in Consulting, Accounting firm is preferred
Experience managing teams
Robust and effective verbal and written communication in English to interact with all levels of management. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
