Join Scarborough Health Network as a Registered Nurse in the CP3 Orthopaedic unit, providing exceptional care with a focus on diverse patient needs. Your expertise in acute nursing and strong communication skills will be vital for patient recovery.

In this role, you will report to the Manager and serve patients recovering from hip fractures, back surgery, and total joint replacements. Your contributions will support both acute care and rehabilitation within a team-oriented team of RN’s and RPN’s. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide excellent nursing care to a diverse patient population • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute settings • Execute post-operative assessments and administer IV therapies • Educate patients on health promotion and rehabilitation • Engage effectively with patients and families for support

Requirements: • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Two years of Acute Medical Nursing experience • Skills in PCA monitoring and patient assessments • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Initiative in a fast-paced healthcare workplace
