Shrinking Violet is hiring a part-time server/bartender. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, experienced in classic cocktails, and available to work alone. Bartending experience is a must, as are Smart Serve and Food Handler’s certifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food and beverages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
