Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, taking and serving orders, preparing drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ideal candidates will have a background in food and beverage service.

The position requires excellent time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards




- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner to foster a positive atmosphere

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality
- skills in serving, bartending, cash handling
- Experience in food safety practices and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tables or bar orders efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
