EXPERIENCED BREAKFAST/LUNCH SERVER – FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

Qualicum Beach, BC | New Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant Opening Soon A new breakfast and lunch restaurant is planning to open in Qualicum Beach, and we are currently seeking experienced restaurant servers to join our opening team.

We are looking for friendly, dependable and professional servers who understand how to provide excellent hospitality while efficiently managing a busy breakfast and lunch section.

Hours of Operation:

7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | 7 days a week

Positions Available:

Full-time and part-time

Required Experience & Serving Skills

Applicants should have previous professional restaurant serving experience and be comfortable with:

- Greeting and welcoming guests professionally
- Managing multiple tables and a busy section
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Entering orders accurately into a POS system
- Understanding breakfast and lunch menus
- Communicating modifications, allergies and special requests clearly to the kitchen
- Serving food efficiently and checking on guests appropriately
- Coffee service and maintaining beverage refills
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables quickly
- Handling cash, debit and credit transactions
- Processing guest bills accurately
- Prioritizing tasks during busy restaurant periods
- Working closely with cooks and other front-of-house staff




- Maintaining a clean and organized dining room and service area
- Providing friendly, attentive service without sacrificing speed or accuracy

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in table service, preferably breakfast, brunch or high-volume casual dining
- Friendly, outgoing and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Comfortable working early mornings and weekends
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Focused on creating a welcoming experience for every guest

Serving It Right certification is an asset where applicable. Liquor onsite. We are especially interested in experienced servers who understand that outstanding breakfast service requires speed, accuracy, teamwork and genuine hospitality.
