Bonasera is looking to hire experienced servers - enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team! We are a family owned business that has been around since 1978, offering exceptional food and beverages, within a dynamic, highly energetic bar atmosphere. MUST be a hard working individual with experience in the service industry, able to work in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.

Currently seeking full-time and part-time positions, with open availability for day and evening shifts.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest service
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed and ensure proper food safety practices are followed

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures in the food industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling purposes
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent guest services skills is highly valued
