Requirements

- French is required
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Customer-service oriented and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order processing
- Experience with food handling, preparation,



or kitchen operations is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Hospitality mindset focused on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques
- Cash handling expertise to ensure accurate transactions at all times
