We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity for kitchen staff and baristas
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout service by following proper food handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to promote a welcoming atmosphere




- Support team members with tasks such as refilling supplies or resetting tables during shifts

Requirements . Speak Cantonese or Mandarin.

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
- Experience with food industry operations including serving, upselling, and guest services is highly desirable
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure
