We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted clearly
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining areas, food handling stations, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for seamless service




- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
