Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, punctual, and attentive Event Server / Host for an exclusive 6-hour private dinner event (representing Levanzo Event Centre).

This role combines gracious hospitality, seamless table service, and attentive guest care to deliver an exceptional, high-end dining experience from arrival to departure, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in premium food service, client engagement, and event operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure guest needs are promptly addressed, resolving any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain attentive, discreet, and productive in a private event setting.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining environment and proactively address guest requests with discretion and warmth.

Experience





- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures.
- Must be able to stand and walk comfortably for the 6-hour duration.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Dress Code

- Polished all-black attire (black button-down shirt/blouse, tailored black trousers, comfortable black dress shoes) or custom event attire as specified upon hire.
