We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with selections through effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices during food handling and preparation.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely food preparation.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
