Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and inventory purposes
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
