Nous vous proposons une équipe sympathique et motivée, un environnement de travail superbe à seulement 10 minutes de la ville de Gatineau et 20 minutes d’Ottawa, par l’autoroute 5. L’hôtel propose 42 chambres, 2 restaurants, le Holtz Spa Nature ainsi que plusieurs salles de conférences.

FONCTIONS DE L'EMPLOI

Offrir un service attentionné et bienveillant du début à la fin, en veillant constamment à la qualité de l’expérience des clients. Assurer une coordination efficace des plats, intervenir rapidement en cas de délai imprévu et maintenir une communication professionnelle en tout temps.

Tâches

● Assurer une bienveillance hors pair à l’égard des clients

● Savoir prioriser, s’adapter aux changements et entreprendre la multitâche

● Démontrer de façon continu une attention aux détails

● Être en mesure de communiquer clairement et efficacement dans les deux langues officielles

● Suivre les consignes et normes établis par la gestion et l’entreprise

● Maintenir une communication respectueuse envers ses collègues, gérants et autres départements

● S’engager activement à l’apprentissage des items des menus et cartes des vins et cocktails

Formation et expérience

● Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en service, ou cours formel de service complété avec expérience connexe

Autres

● Disponibilités ouvertes et flexibles - incluant fêtes nationales et congés fériés

● Bilingue





Salaire minimum- serveur Province du Québec plus pourboires.

JOB DUTIES

Provide attentive and caring service from start to finish, constantly ensuring the quality of the customer experience. Ensure efficient coordination of dishes, respond quickly to unexpected delays, and always maintain professional communication.

Tasks

· Ensure consistent customer care.

· Know how to prioritize, adapt to change, and multitask.

· Demonstrate consistent attention to detail.

· Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both official languages.

· Follow instructions and standards established by management and the company.

· Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, managers, and other departments

· Be actively committed to learning the items on the menus and wine and cocktail lists

Training and experience

Minimum of 2 years of service experience, or completed formal service courses with related experience

Minimum salary-Province of Quebec-server- plus gratuities
