Key Responsibilities
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, project viability analysis, and risk assessments.
Assist in preparing project budgets, development schedules, and project planning strategies.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Engineering teams and operator team of Hospitality throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and interpret Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior, and GFC drawings to ensure design accuracy and execution readiness.
Monitor design development, consultant deliverables, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordination & Prepare budget report.
Coordinate tendering activities, contractor appointments, and procurement-related processes.
Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety standards, and adherence to approved timelines.
Ensure effective coordination between consultants, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate hospitality-specific planning, design requirements, operational layouts, and execution standards.
Conduct project review meetings, track action points, and prepare progress reports for management.
Manage project testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and project closure processes.
Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future developments.
Submit periodic reports for progress & look ahead plans
Facilitate approvals, permits, statutory clearances, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Strong communication & understanding of Arch. Design, services & construction methodologies and Hospitality project lifecycle management.
Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust commercial awareness, budgeting, and cost-control knowledge.
Effective risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualification
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline with 8–15 years of experience in architectural, Hospitality project management.
Preferred Qualification: Certification or UG/PG Degree in Project Management, preferably from NICMAR University, with proven experience in planning, execution, budgeting, and successful project delivery.

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Candidate Profile
A technically sound engineering professional with experience in Hospitality, Commercial, and Residencial projects, capable of effectively coordinating design, engineering, and execution teams while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
