About the Role
Working alongside an experienced mentor and support team, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a successful portfolio. Your focus will be developing relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that help clients protect and grow their businesses & families.

What You’ll Do





Prospect and generate new opportunities

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities

Negotiate with insurance markets to secure competitive solutions

Review client coverage needs and renewal strategies

Collaborate with Account Managers, Claims Advocates, and underwriting partners

Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture

Required

Level 2 Insurance License

Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred

5-10 years of insurance experience

CIP, CAIB, or equivalent designation (or working toward it)

Experience with Salesforce, EPIC, and Microsoft Office

Post‑secondary education and an outstanding personality
