This full-time role, requiring 1-2 years of relevant experience, demands solid communication skills and collaboration with both residents and volunteers. You will help develop, implement, and evaluate leisure programs that enhance residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate engagement activities and wellness programs • Foster relationships with residents, volunteers,



and community groups • Evaluate wellness needs to drive program development • Promote activities reflecting diverse dimensions of wellness • Manage site-specific duties as assigned
