Citco, a leading asset servicing provider, seeks an AEOI compliance specialist to manage AEOI data, support tax information analyses, and ensure regulatory compliance across our global client base.

Responsibilities

Maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.

Manage daily operations for account holder documentation processes

Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files

Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner; provide excellent service to clients

Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance within a highly specialized environment

Communicate daily with remote teams; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required

Local AEOI portal registration/de‑registration, communication and trouble shooting

Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies

Qualifications

Qualified degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).

4+ years’ experience in Financial Services; any exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations while in asset management is not a requirement.

Experience with Citco core systems, across Hedge, Private Equity and Real Assets, Corporate Services,



Fund accounting and/or Investor relations platforms is an advantage.

Salary Range
CAD 62,000 - CAD 82,000
