Student Support Leader
Join the Vancouver Campus (Langley) as a Student Support Leader. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of behaviour support across the campus, while also contributing to academic intervention programming.

Qualifications
Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB OR BST certification
Eligibility to work in Canada; compliance with all applicable provincial requirements for behaviour analysts in British Columbia
Demonstrated experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans in an educational or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence‑based intervention methodologies
Experience training and coaching paraprofessionals or support staff
Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and analysis
Valid criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector) – or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a K–12 school environment
Background in academic intervention (literacy and/or numeracy)
Familiarity with Social Emotional Learning frameworks and executive functioning programmes
Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, including students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
