Job summary The Service Advisor works in a fast-paced Automotive Service Centre environment communicating directly with customers and Service Centre employees, managing customers” needs and expectations regarding auto service maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist,
and thank customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to build customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Listen actively to customers to understand their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
- Prepare accurate work orders and clearly explain repair recommendations and estimated costs.
- Communicate realistic timelines and effectively manage customer expectations regarding vehicle completion.
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and other Service Centre employees to ensure smooth communication.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments.
- Follow company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused service environment.
Requirements / Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Automotive service or repair knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver”s licence for province of employment
- Good working knowledge of COSTAR (asset)
- Experience in a similar role (asset)
