The Role

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding vehicles through the service process from drop-off to pick-up. You’ll be the main point of contact, providing clear communication, accurate recommendations, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers, Technicians, and Parts.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome customers and act as their primary contact throughout the service process
- Accurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders
- Advise on maintenance, repairs, recalls, and safety-related services
- Provide clear, itemized cost estimates and obtain repair authorization
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates
- Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Process warranty and recall documentation accurately
- Maintain service histories and assist with follow-up communications

What We’re Looking For:

- Basic understanding of the automotive mechanical systems is an asset
- Previous dealership or Service Advisor experience is an asset
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to explain recommendations clearly and build trust
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and de-escalate conversations effectively
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Schedule: 8- hour shifts with weekend availability

Compensation: Base salary plus commission. The salary range shown reflects potential total earnings.
