Job Summary The Service Expeditor at Alsport Sales Ltd. plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operations by preparing vehicles for technicians, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service. This position involves working closely with technicians and the service team to ensure timely and quality service. Alsport a Powersport & Motorsport dealership is looking for a Service Expeditor for their service department.

The position offers competitive hourly compensation paired with an efficiency-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange Vehicles for the Technician:

- Ensure that vehicles are properly staged and ready for technicians to begin work.
- Verify customer requests and match the work orders with the vehicle to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize the work based on urgency and availability.
- Washing the Vehicles:
- Perform basic washing and cleaning of vehicles before and after service work to ensure they are presentable for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles as per dealership standards.
- Cleaning the Service Area:
- Keep the service area clean and organized at all times.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored, and the work environment is secure and tidy.
- Collaboration with Technician and Service Team:
- Work closely with technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and tools for completing jobs efficiently. Operating the Forklift.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between vehicle drop-off and repair work.




- Provide support to technicians as needed during the service process.
- Customer Service:
- Assist customers by providing updates on the status of their vehicle’s service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and providing a positive service experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or Powersport service experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Powersport Vehicle repair.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic vehicle washing and cleaning skills.
- Ability to lift and carry parts or equipment as needed.
- Previous experience in an Powersport or Automotive service department is an asset.
- Forklift experience is an asset.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced, physically demanding tasks (washing, cleaning, lifting).
- Monday through Saturday work schedule, with one week off on Sunday and other on Wednesday or Thursday.
- Team-oriented environment with collaboration across different departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
