Budds’ BMW Hamilton is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our Service Department. This role supports both our service and tire storage operations to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and direct vehicles through the service drive-thru.
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and basic inspections (tire pressure, alignment checks).
- Move and park vehicles safely; track key and vehicle locations accurately.
- Clean service and rental vehicles (interior/exterior).
- Assist the Tire Storage Coordinator with pulling, cataloguing, and organizing tires for seasonal storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with snow removal as needed.
- Support the service team with other duties as assigned.
- Complete any assigned tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Valid G2 or G License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely.
- Robust attention to detail and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
