Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services to customers in an engaging manner
- Write detailed service orders, accurately documenting vehicle issues, customer requests, and technician instructions
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer while meeting dealership goals
- Handle cash transactions, process payments,



and maintain accurate cash handling records
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns

Skills

- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Sales aptitude with a talent for upselling services in a positive, non-pushy manner
- Familiarity with automotive parts, repairs, and dealership operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
