We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience.
5–8 years of relevant ServiceNow Testing/QA experience.
Experience testing ServiceNow GRC, Risk, and Compliance functionality.
Experience with one or more of the following:
Control Testing
Emerging Risk
Enterprise Risk Identification
Incident Management
Issues Management
Operational Risk / Loss Events
Policy Management
Risk Acceptance / Risk Treatment
RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
RAMS (Risk Appetite Metrics)
PRC
GRCM / Compliance Tooling
Compliance Testing
Positive understanding of testing processes and QA methodologies.
Experience in software analysis and design.
Strong communication skills.
Banking / Financial Services domain experience is required/preferred.
