- 5-8+ years in ServiceNow development, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Technical Stack
- ServiceNow, JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, Service
- Portal/Ul Builder, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Domain Expertise
- Deep knowledge of CSM processes (Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing,
- Knowledge Management, SLAs).
- Methodologies
- Agile / Scrum, DevOps, ITIL processes.
- Certifications
- CSA: ServiceNow Certified System
- Administrator
- CAD: ServiceNow Certified Application
- Developer
- CIS-CSM: Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management
