Clinical Pharmacist Position Details

Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital

Location: Tampa, FL

Status: Full time, exempt

Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm

Weekend Work: every 3rd

On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Clinical Responsibilities

The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure

Required: Pharmacist – State of FL

Preferred:



Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements

Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred: PharmD

Preferred: USP 797/800 experience, BCSCP
