Key Responsibilities:
• Manage class schedules and themes for daily operations
• Support instructors with payroll and onboarding assistance
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment inventory
• Communicate actively with members on program concerns




• Teach 5-10 studio classes weekly to engage with members directly

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in fitness or hospitality leadership
• Robust organizational and communication proficiency
• Experience with management software tools preferred
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evening shifts
• CPR & First Aid Certification needed or willingness to obtain
