Contribute to FP Inc.’s mission as an AI and Security Project Manager, focusing on delivering robust security solutions under a hybrid work model. Lead initiatives that prioritize secure practices in AI development.

In this role, you will interface with engineering, architecture, and compliance teams to design and implement security tooling, while actively participating in Agile ceremonies. Your expertise in information security and project management will be essential for tracking delivery metrics and facilitating vendor onboarding efforts. You'll also play a critical role in aligning governance requirements with daily practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the translation of strategy into deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering teams on security tooling




• Integrate compliance and risk requirements
• Prioritize user stories and manage vendor activities
• Monitor metrics for improvement and value realization

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Product/Project Management
• 3+ years of Information Security experience
• 1-2 years working with Compliance and Audit
• Experience managing complex workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related discipline
