About the Role
As theDistrict Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 9-10 Sales Representatives across the Lower Mainland region of Vancouver, with additional oversight of out-of-town territories. You will coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-territory sales team

Execute district strategies to expand the active customer base

Manage sales forecasts, budgets,



and performance metrics

Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Representatives

Deliver ongoing coaching in route planning, sales process, and customer engagement

Identify market opportunities and drive sustainable growth

Support hiring decisions, performance plans, and team development

Collaborate cross-functionally to support divisional and organizational goals

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B or B2C sales management experience

5+ years of outside territory sales experience

Post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in Business

Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities

Ability to analyze sales data and build effective sales strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

High adaptability, strong time management, and comfort balancing field and office work

Experience working with large customers is an asset

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to travel within the district; occasional overnight travel

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
