The ideal candidate for this year-round,hands-on position will possess:

Minimum offive years’ management experience with demonstrated leadership and coaching skillsin the resort and hospitality industry. Candidates with experience in Alpinearea operations and/or BC Parks’ contract operations will be given preference

A diploma,degree or equivalent experience in the areas of Tourism & Hospitality,Business, Marketing or related field is an asset

Ability tocultivate strong and effective relationships with staff, local businesses andstakeholders

Provenfinancial acumen in budget and capital management





Engaginginterpersonal and communication skills

Businessdevelopment and supportive mindset

Oversee resortoperations in the absence of the General Manager

Valid andcurrent documents to work in Canada
