Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager in the Civil & Infrastructure division to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale construction projects across Quebec.

What you will do

Plan, organize, and oversee all project activities

Ensure full project management (scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks)

Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators

Coordinate project teams (coordinators, engineers, superintendents, etc.)

Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and subcontractors

Contribute to bidding strategies, contract negotiations, and project setup

Identify risks and opportunities and propose optimization strategies

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on job sites

Ensure work complies with contractual and regulatory requirements

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices

This role is for you if you have

A minimum of 7 to 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Strong experience in civil infrastructure (earthworks,



structures, marine works, deep foundations, formwork, or equivalent)

A degree in engineering, construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects

Strong financial management and performance tracking skills

A team-oriented leadership style and strong influencing skills

A results‑driven and client‑focused mindset

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
