As Vice President reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will manage a dedicated team while ensuring effective oversight of national construction projects. Key responsibilities include mentoring your team, contract administration, and championing design innovations that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and project alignment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a high-performing Design & Construction team • Oversee projects from planning through close-out • Manage tendering,
contract administration, and procurement processes • Ensure accuracy of contract documents and project requirements • Build partnerships with stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 10+ years in retail construction project management • Skilled certification (PMP, etc.) preferred • Strong knowledge of construction design and codes • Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
