Your Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial planning process.

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, payroll administration, and regulatory reporting.

Prepare and present quarterly financial, investment, and variance reports for senior leadership and governance committees.





Support annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and enhance finance policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide ongoing support to governance committees through meeting preparation, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance.

Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent financial leadership experience.

Demonstrated experience developing budgets, financial forecasts, and organizational financial strategies.

Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance.

Experience supporting boards, councils, committees, or governance structures.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and stakeholders.
