Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients across the Canadian market
Serve as a key point of contact for priority clients throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, service support, and long-term relationship management
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful follow-up, and professional service
Support client retention, asset growth, referral generation, and new-client conversion initiatives
Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and improve client engagement
Work with internal partners to resolve client needs, service requests, and account-related matters in a timely and professional manner
Support the planning and execution of client engagement activities, educational sessions, appreciation events, and premium client programs
Provide structured client feedback and market insights to internal teams to help improve product, service, and client experience
Maintain accurate CRM records, client notes, service plans, follow-up actions, and documentation
Follow all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, client communication standards, and compliance procedures
Identify and escalage operational, conduct, service, or risk-related concerns when appropriate
Requirements
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course, CSC, and Conduct and Practices Handbook, CPH
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail brokerage, wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, client relationship management, or a related financial services role
Experience working with high-value, high-net-worth, active investor, or sophisticated client segments
Strong understanding of investment products, brokerage platforms, trading workflows, and client service processes
Proven ability to manage client relationships, support business growth,
and deliver a high-quality client experience
Strong relationship‑building, consultative communication, and client engagement skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs, business opportunities, and relationship development potential
Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required
Trilingual capability in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is strongly preferred to support Canada's Chinese-speaking client base
Strong attention to detail in documentation, data entry, client records, and compliance-related administrative work
Ability to manage multiple priorities, client relationships, and internal follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Strong familiarity with North American capital markets, including U.S. and Canadian equities, ETFs, fixed income, foreign exchange, and market structure
Familiarity with options, margin, order types, and trading-related risk concepts
Understanding of Canadian registered accounts, including RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, and other wealth planning topics
Knowledge of retirement planning, estate planning, tax-efficient investing, or cross-border wealth considerations
Progress toward or completion of PFP, CFP, CIM, CFA, or other relevant qualified designations
Experience supporting sophisticated traders, active investors, or high-net-worth clients
Comfortable participating in client events, educational sessions, and relationship-building activities
