Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients’ comprehensive needs
• Create and manage care plans tailored to patients
• Instruct patients and families on healthcare
• Advocate for patient referrals when necessary
• Support the healthcare team with compassion

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing in Canada
• 1-2 years experience in medical/surgical nursing
• CPR certification and practical skills
• Effective teamwork and conflict resolution capabilities
• Clinical leadership and teaching proficiency
