What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the organization’s forecasting framework, including models, assumptions, and processes
Develop short- and long-term financial models and scenario analyses
Establish forecasting cadence and lead the annual budgeting process
Deliver clear, forward-looking insights to support business growth
Leadership & Business Partnership
Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A; team
Provide insights on cost management, inventory, and profitability
Translate complex data into transparent, actionable recommendations
Reporting & Performance Insights
Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track KPIs
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making
Process Improvement & Systems
Enhance FP&A; processes using ERP and BI tools
Standardize reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency
Partner cross-functionally to implement system and process improvements
Risk & Compliance
Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements
You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of progressive FP&A; experience, ideally in manufacturing, food & beverage, or consumer goods
CPA designation or Master’s degree is considered an asset
A deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and supply chain finance
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
