Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Assist in food handling and preparation when needed, adhering to food safety protocols
- Explicit tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of service areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and proper serving techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation or hotel service is a plus but not required
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
