Sheet Metal Worker — Ventilation

Infinity Heat & Ventilation is a growing Victoria-based sheet metal contractor. We want to attract people to be part of a team who are stoked to come to work every day. We install custom sheet metal ductwork and ventilation for new homes and light commercial projects across Southern Vancouver Island, and we're excited about where we're headed.

The Role

We're adding one or two experienced sheet metal workers to our crew. If you and a trusted coworker want to make a move together, we'd love to talk to you both. You'll work on a mix of new residential construction and light commercial HVAC projects, reporting to our Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

- Installing sheet metal ductwork for heat pump and forced-air systems in new residential construction
- Setting up and commissioning HRV and ERV systems
- Running exhaust for kitchen ranges, bath fans, laundry, and dryers
- Supporting light commercial HVAC work, including tenant improvement projects
- Coordinating with other trades on site to keep the job moving
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site

What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience in sheet metal and residential ventilation — you know your way around a job site




- Familiarity with heat pumps, HRV/ERV systems, and residential HVAC ductwork
- Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker, or experienced 3rd/4th year apprentice with the right attitude and experience
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and communicates clearly with the team
- Comfortable working with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation
