Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are maintained.
- Lead and supervise team members, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to promote teamwork and excellence.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, safety, and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff members to build a strong, capable team aligned with restaurant goals.
- Support restaurant management in inventory control, ordering supplies,



and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to deliver outstanding hospitality and foster loyalty.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting, demonstrating leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing.
- Solid background in restaurant management or hospitality roles with an emphasis on team management and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in food handling, serving, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to interview candidates effectively and contribute to team development initiatives.
- Leadership qualities that inspire motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
