Dairy Queen is a fast paced environment that provides a mixture of Treats, food, and cakes. Our goal is to provide our fans with great service with a quality product.
Responsible for assigned shift and shift management. Supervise and coordinate staff and assist in overall supervision of the restaurant. Maintain staff punctuality and observe, teach, and correct staff’s service. Examine food preparation and quality. Handle any guest complaint and communicate with guests and receive feedback. Monitor timing of guest experience, and ensure guest satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
We would like the successful candidate to have at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience. Must be available for shift work which includes days, evenings, weekends and work 30-40 hours per week. Must be highly energetic with excellent customer service. Must have leadership and problem solving skills.
Must be reliable and be able to work as a team with an outgoing personality
This position has a negotiable starting wage based on experience. We are willing to train the right candidate and because we are always expanding there is great opportunity for advancement with our company.
