About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Shipper / Receiver to join our team. This position will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, warehouse organization, and maintaining an efficient and orderly warehouse.

The role will also include a small amount of inside sales and customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting customers with product information.

The position will initially be based in Pitt Meadows, BC, with the company planning to relocate operations to Richmond, BC in early 2027. The successful candidate must be comfortable with this upcoming location change.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition

Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders

Coordinate shipments with couriers and freight carriers

Prepare shipping documents, labels, and paperwork

Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage

Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records

Load and unload shipments as required

Warehouse Organization

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure

Organize inventory and ensure products are stored appropriately

Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records

Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered

Ensure products are properly labelled and easy to locate

Assist with general warehouse duties and organization as needed

Inside Sales & Customer Support





Respond to basic customer inquiries by phone and email

Provide product information and pricing to customers

Prepare basic quotes and sales orders

Follow up on customer inquiries and orders

Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer service needs

Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a similar role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Good communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software

Ability to lift and move boxes and other materials as required

Reliable, punctual, and dependable A positive, team-oriented attitude

Previous inside sales or customer service experience is an asset

Forklift experience/certification is an asset

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse environment but is also comfortable interacting with customers and helping with basic sales activities. You should be organized, dependable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role with a combination of warehouse, shipping/receiving, customer service, and inside sales responsibilities.

Important: This position will begin in Pitt Meadows, BC, but our operations are expected to move to Richmond, BC in early 2027. Candidates must be prepared to work from the Richmond location following the relocation.

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
