Responsibilities

- Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 systems to track inventory movement and update records accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging to meet quality standards.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document receipt details thoroughly.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stacking pallets, labeling items clearly, and ensuring efficient warehouse distribution.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by picking items swiftly and accurately for timely dispatch.




- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety procedures are followed during all handling activities.

Qualifications

- Prior warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and reach trucks is highly desirable.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP software, or AS400 platforms is advantageous.
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities accurately.
- Ability to perform order picking efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with valuable communication skills to ensure smooth shipping & receiving operations.
