We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to contribute to the upkeep of our locations. Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance on various systems, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role requires robust problem-solving skills and the ability to interact professionally with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely maintenance of building assets
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and annual inspections
• Assist in troubleshooting building operating system outages
• Manage contractor visits and verify completed work
• Adhere strictly to health and safety practices
Requirements:
• Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator Certificate or equivalent
• Three years of experience in building systems operation
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
