Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and medical treatments per regulations
• Maintain accurate residents’ records and health data
• Use safe techniques for resident handling and mobility




• Implement infection control measures effectively
• Evaluate nursing care plans and communicate changes
Requirements:
• Active registration with BCCNP in good standing
• Minimum two years of long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to lead and support care staff
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
