Shop & Logistics Coordinator Garsidian

Group Inc. – GTA $20–$25/hour | Part-Time to Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Garsidian Group Inc. is a growing commercial construction contractor looking for a dependable and organized Shop & Logistics Coordinator to help manage our shop, materials, tools and project logistics.

This is not a field construction position. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, driving and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

- Keep our shop clean, organized and functional
- Organize construction materials, tools and inventory
- Monitor commonly used materials and identify when stock needs replenishing
- Pick up materials from local suppliers
- Make small material/tool deliveries to job sites
- Prepare and stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects
- Help mobilize new projects and demobilize completed projects
- Retrieve, sort and re-stock unused materials
- Transfer tools/materials between active projects
- Help track tools, equipment and repairs
- Communicate with our team regarding upcoming material needs

Who We're Looking For : We're looking for someone reliable,



organized and proactive who can eventually take ownership of this area of our operation without needing constant direction.

Previous experience in construction, building materials, warehouses, construction supply or delivery is an asset but not required. This could be an excellent fit for someone with construction experience who enjoys the industry but is looking to step away from full-time field production.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company pickup trucks/vans
- Able to safely handle construction materials

- Dependable and punctual

- Able to work independently
- Construction-material knowledge is an asset

Starting wage: $20–$25/hour based on experience. Hours can range from approximately 25–35 hours per week, with the potential to develop into a full time position as the company continues to grow.
