Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Truck and Trailer Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day repair and maintenance operations in a fast-paced service environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid technical expertise and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee shop operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely repairs
- Lead, train, and support technicians and apprentices
- Conduct safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service metrics
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency
- Assist with complex repairs as needed
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring parts availability and proper documentation of repairs.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications:





- 3+ years of supervisory experience in truck repair shop, heavy-duty truck dealership, collision repair facility
- Strong hands-on
- Mechanic experience or solid mechanical knowledge to effectively oversee repairs and diagnostics.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with repair orders, estimates, documentation,
- Proven leadership, organization, and team development skills
- 310T or 310J License is prefferable
