Summary

Join our team as a Showroom consultant ( Designer assistant)and job coordinator In this role, you will oversee daily showroom operations, work with a dedicated team, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. Your contribution will help us continue to provide top-quality window covering solutions , furniture selections and accessories aligned with our company's values.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist design consultants with selections, pricing, ordering and job management.
- Create collages to demonstrate to clients how it will look in their home
- Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to clients for other designers




- Oversee inventory management and merchandising efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote showroom events and campaigns.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through personalized service.
- Answer phones and emails and provide premium customer service
- Work with wholesalers to place orders and track job progress
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in outside sales techniques.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of window coverings or furniture sales is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
